Jacqueline Fernandez is being questioned in the money laundering case. The Enforcement Directorate had called Jacqueline for questioning in a money laundering case of Rs 200 crore. Prior to this, Jacqueline had deferred the summons of ED four times and appeared for questioning after the issue of fresh summons for the fifth time.
Now his spokesperson has issued a statement and clarified in this matter. In the statement, the spokesperson said that Jacqueline has been called to testify in the case. The spokesperson also said that Jacqueline has recorded her statement in the money laundering case and also denied any involvement.
“Jacqueline Fernandez is being called by the ED to testify,” the spokesperson said in a statement. She has recorded her statement and will fully cooperate in the investigation in future also. Jacqueline’s spokesperson also denied knowing Sukesh.
It is worth noting that apart from Jacqueline, Nora Fatehi has also been questioned in this case. Later she issued a statement in this matter. It was written, ‘On behalf of Nora Fatehi, we want to clarify on various rumours going on among the media. Is. Nora Fatehi is a victim in the case and being a witness she is assisting the authorities in the investigation. We would like to clarify that Nora has not been a part of any money laundering activity nor does she have any personal relationship with the accused.
